Our friendly and responsive Customer Service team is devoted to making the order process trouble-free. Deeann Baxter, our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, will direct your call- and helps keep senior staff in order. Rachelle Canaday, Inside Sales Coordinator, provides valuable support to the Sales and CS staff. Kathy Shumate is Marketing Manager, organizing PakTech's print, tradeshow, and website materials. She is assisted by Dylan Macnab.
Once you become a customer of PakTech, you will be assisted by Sue McJunkin, CS Manager, or Beckie McMillan and Laura Mann, CS Account Managers. Daniel Fabian, who is Bilingual in Spanish and English, is our International Customer Service Account Manager. All of our Account Managers are customer service experts who know PakTech´s production and shipping procedures inside and out. Our customers know they are in good hands when they place an order with PakTech. Our commitment to exceptional customer service is epitomized in this fine department.
