How can we help you with your Applicator?
Our staff of applicator assembly and service is on the ready to be certain your applicator is never idle, unless you plan on it. Having purchased and been trained on our applicators, customers know their equipment in and out, but mechanical issues always arise even with the most trusty of machines. Our customer can always count on PakTech to work through issues with them that will solve their problem quickly and cost-effectively.
We highly recommend routine inspections and parts updates, and are proactive in scheduling appointments to come in and check out our equipment. If you are experiencing difficulty with a machine during business hours (8AM-5PM PST) please dial our main line at (541) 461-5000 and the receptionist will direct you to the correct person. If this is an after-hours emergency, please dial our central line and follow the prompts. This will direct you to a staff member who is on-call to handle after-hours emergencies. Please be assured that our PakTech Applicator Department is prepared to provide exceptional Customer Service and Support in the event of an emergency.
