Our friendly and responsive Customer Service team is devoted to making the order process trouble-free. Deeann Baxter, our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, will direct your call- and helps keep senior staff in order! Rachelle Canaday, Inside Sales Coordinator, provides valuable support to the Sales and CS staff. Amie Thomas is Marketing Manager, organizing PakTech’s print, tradeshow, and web site materials with help of her Marketing Assistant Christy Wuebbles. Once you become a customer of PakTech, you will be assisted by Kathy Shumate, our CS Manager, or Beckie McMillan and Sue McJunkin our CS Account Managers, all of whom are customer service experts. They all know PakTech´s production and shipping procedures inside and out. Our customers know they are in good hands when they place an order with PakTech.
