PakTech Handle Applicators

Using superior engineering proven to perform, PakTech will provide handle applicators to put on any of our handles on-line. PakTech applicators are flexible, compact, and trouble-free technology. PakTech offers several machine styles designed to meet specific needs:

TKA10 is a semi-automatic TwinKlip Applicator. Operator can apply Klip style handles at the rate of up to 10 cycles per minute.

MPA20 is a Multiple Purpose Applicator designed to apply multiple handle styles (changeover capacity) at the rate of up to 20 cycles/minute.

MPA30 is a Multiple Purpose Applicator designed to apply multiple handle styles (changeover capacity) at the rate of up to 30 cycles/minute.

MPA60 is a Multiple Purpose, Continuous Motion Applicator designed to apply multiple handle styles (changeover capacity) at the rate of up to 60 cycles/minute using Fanuc Robotics.

UPA100 and UPA225 are UniPak Applicators, applying UniPak bale handles to empty or full bottles. UPA100 applies up to 100 BPM on a single lane, while the UPA225 applies up to 225 BPM on a dual lane system.

These are standard models, with new applicator designs and builds happening weekly. PakTech has been perfecting our line of machinery for many years. Having been providing machines for over 15 years, we have gone through key learning curves and design reviews in order to come up with functions that provide the best benefits for our customers because everyone has different needs when it comes to automation. Some require a semi-automatic model which keeps a part-time operator occupied and keeps their equipment capital costs low. Others require speeds that astound even us! Our UPA225 machines run so quickly that during Factory Acceptance Testing (where the machine runs at our facility), it seems that if you blink you will miss the test! Our newest MPA60 machines seem to be what most customers require: a medium-fast running machine with robotics that allow for continuous motion and optimum flexibility. Plus, these new robot arms not only look cool, they work incredibly well and epitomize the spirit of innovative! In each case, we listen to the questions and concerns of our customers, then work together to decide on a machine that gives them exactly what they need.

Of course we follow-up this high level of customer service with training, install, and continuing support of our equipment – all provided by our PMMI Certified Trainers so you know we’re good! Once customers have approved their new machine at our Applicator Facility in beautiful Eugene, OR, we have an enticing program that allows their Senior Technician the opportunity to do a thorough training. This trained Senior Technician can then teach and train the team at their plant how to operate the machine to its fullest capacity, and how to maintain and service the machine so it runs smoothly for long periods of time. If issues arise that require PakTech’s involvement, we are available by many means and can always be counted on.
